Please note the following Due to asthma, I can only care for pianos in smoke free homes. Please be aware that I am practicing all of the recommended public health protocols being advised during the pandemic. ... I will arrive wearing a mask, and I request that you do so as well. I request access to a washroom to wash my hands before and after tuning your piano and will disinfect your piano keys, for your safety, after the tuning is completed. I also request that if you or a member of your household becomes ill or regularly travels outside of our region to an area that does not fall under the Province of Ontario green zone that you will notify me and reschedule your appointment/and or refrain from booking an appointment at this time. This is a new and strange time for us all and it’s going to take patience and compassion to adapt.

With the news that the current lockdown will be ending this week, I will begin calling all my wonderful customers who had booked appointments that had to be postponed. Please be patient and give me some time to get through the list. Please remember that all the covid protocols that I was practicing before Christmas (masks and hand washing) will still be effect. I’m also going to ask that customers who travel regularly to covid hot zones to refrain from booking appointments with me at the present time. As I have previously mentioned on this page, I have asthma and also cannot service pianos in homes of smokers due to a severe smoke allergy. I’m looking forward to seeing all of you again!

Happy New Year! As I write this, the Province of Ontario has been on a provincial Covid-19 lockdown since December 26, 2020. As a result, I must cease business activities until the lockdown is lifted. We all need to do what we can to stop the spread of the virus. I will be contacting those of you with booked appointments in the coming weeks to postpone, but will not be able to reschedule until the lockdown is lifted. ... I appreciate your understanding. 2 days of work before my Christmas Holidays begin. Honestly, I can’t wait. It’s been a really busy fall and with the specter of COVID hanging over our heads...I think it’s made it a little more trying. THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has trusted your piano to my care. I appreciate your business and look forward to a continued relationship in the future. Have a great Holiday Season and please stay safe. We aren’t out of the woods yet. I want to see each and every ...one of your smiling faces next year! Note: I will continue returning voice messages over the holidays but not in as timely a fashion as during non-holiday times. Currently booking appointments into the week of January 18th. Voicemail messages are preferred over texts, emails and Facebook messages. It’s just much easier to monitor one mode of communication, rather than four. 613-438-3567
