After looking at Covid 19 facts I have decided to cancel my events and classes this month. Its ease of transmission is a big concern to me. There are dear ones in my life who have weakened immune systems. I have made this decision in order to keep them safe as well as all of the community. For now I will embrace a quieter life this month.

Qigong class is cancelled this Wednesday March 11th. Classes will resume next week!
