When you get called to the bar, you become officially a lawyer and you are allowed to practice law. Throughout my journey I avoided private practice because I always felt like I didn’t fit in. Anchor Holistic Law and Consulting received it’s official law firm permit yesterday afternoon! That means I’m not just a lawyer anymore, Anik Léger and I and our families are in the last phases of officially launching Anchor and setting up a private practice component to Anchor, working... from the heart and adapting to our clients emotional and financial pressure with a different law firm structure. We operate with trust and relationship building with our clients. We were able to set up flat rates costing adapted to clients, on payment plans, to accommodate our clients. Anik, I could not have done this without you, you took my dream and ran with it. Founding this newer concept law firm after studying principles of holistic law, collaborative law and conscious contracting has been a big dream in the back of my mind forever, and pappy? I woke up today with a new sense of purpose and drive. Our partners? Boss dads and step dads giving 110% support, thank you. Our Anchor kids?
