The Canadian Institute for People of African Descent (CIPAD) is a community-created and community-led initiative that responds to the UN Declaration of the International Decade for People of African Descent and the need to address concerns regarding the social determinants of health for Canadian people of African descent. CIPAD are currently conducting a Feasibility Study to hear from African Canadian community members across the country to gain the benefit of your advice on successfully implementing a Canadian Institute of People of African Descent.
