I had to laugh when I received this picture of Spirit, originally known as Eugene. Although he wasnt named for Eugene Levy's looks in any way, it appears he is developing some very distinctive black "eyebrows!"

Aurora and her previous baby Loki (AuroraxJustice) made the picture-taking a little difficult as they were so thrilled to see each other. It's taken a few days to post these pictures, which were taken Saturday - I may be in denial that our beautiful Stevie - now Sigyn - has finally gone to her new home :) Best of luck and love to the Flegal family. Aurora is doing ok. Vega (AuroraxChander) is keeping her company and keeping her busy. Today Vega found a rabbit foot on the trail and she made her mom so jealous, chewing and showing off, before finally swallowing it before we finished our walk. Luckily, Aurora had a stuffed kong to make up for it :)

While it is lovely seeing our puppies off to new adventures in loving homes, it's also a blessing when we get to keep them a little longer. Stevie or Sigyn, as she will be known, will be leaving this Saturday. Both Aurora and I have reveled in being lucky enough to continue our care for this little Aurora look-a-like with her wagging tail and beautiful puppy goodness. She is a monkey through and through but she is learning so much...walking with her mom and Justice as well as her little friends, and gaining enough confidence to enjoy playtime with her friends of all breeds.

Eugene's new name is Spirit and he is the proud new "brother" of Eva and a cat named Rosie. Congratulations to the Roe family on this new addition to their wonderful family. Good luck little fuzzball xxoo

A little tearful yesterday when Alexis left a few days earlier than expected due to the storms coming this weekend. But also, as always, so happy for these puppies when they get to head off to new adventures with wonderful families.
