Years of rock hard infertile soil was exposed underneath with the goal to have it turn into grass again! 7 yards of premium top soil were delivered and evenly spread throughout the exposed area followed a few pounds of premium grass seed. Lastly, 2 bales of hay were laid over top to help with water retention and promote germination... I expect a healthy lawn comming soon provided there is water and more sun to follow

Who says you can't grow grass in the middle of summer? Over 75Kg of premium triple mix and maple green mix of grass seed was spread throughout the entire excavated area. 20 bales of hay were evenly spread on top to help with water retention and minimize the chance of the wind blowing the seeds away! ...
