Calling all pregnant women... did you know that there is an absolutely amazing day retreat happening in Squamish on March 30th? The line up of presenters and topics is phenomenal. There will be workshops led by doulas, a physio, clinical counsellors, a sleep consultant, an Ayurvedic practitioner, and I will be speaking about supporting pre and postnatal wellness with Chinese Medicine. This and much more will be happening at the Cheakamus Center, which for those who havent been there, happens to be located in a forest so beautiful, it almost seems magical.

Get ready for lots of practical suggestions about how to support our body and mind through springtime, and for an incredibly relaxing yin class lead by the lovely Elizabeth Nerland. We will be working with several key seasonal tune up acupressure points on everyone throughout the class.
