Lockdown Day 8: Swinging in 2021 virtually with @agatsu_og with 1000 swings broken down EMOM style (a certain number of swings/rest every minute) I tried to build in a break so did 1025 in 50 minutes because math & not overdoing it are hard. I thought I needed to take a minute, I’m almost 47 after all. What actually happened was that I forced myself to stop. I really do like to go hard sometimes. Please remember that I do 10K swings for a month every year & am an intense pers...on who trains at minimum 3x a week & walks for transportation.
