2017 junior bonspiel cake. This year is space themed.

My first try at making a beer infused cake and icing it tastes good. And I was asked to make it look like a brewery style cake so I made a growler. The cake and icing have beer infused in it from the barley station brew pub. I work there and we make our own beer. Which is so good.

So for my mom's birthday I made 3 different cheesecakes. The first one was a chocolatey chocolate cheesecake. The other two are a lemon raspberry swirl. But one of those cakes has white chocolate on top.

So my son Mackenzie is making a rice crispy creation for the salmon arm fall fair. I figured out a way to make an edible paint. I will post a picture of his finished creation.
