Fun Food Friday! Here’s my recipe for Cinnamon Pumpkin Protein Balls *1c natural peanut butter (out of the fridge at least 5 minutes is helpful) *1/2 c pure pumpkin ... *1/4 c pure maple syrup *4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder *2 tsp ground cinnamon Stir all together into a ball of dough Use a tsp to scoop out the mixture and roll it in your hands to make a ball Place on a cookie sheet. Makes anywhere from 15-20 depending on size Refrigerate or freeze! Mine never last longer then a week cause they are so yummy But should last 2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
