November 2020 Market stats were just released by the Toronto Real Estate Board: 13.3% increase in average selling price compared to the same time last year, and 24.3% more transactions. Condo stats for Q3 2020 (not captured here), show more than double the number of listings so condos are on the market longer, but the average selling price is still UP by 8.3% compared to Q3 2019.
