Today I start the process of getting this mess organized! haha So how this will roll is if you had an appointment booked in March you will get rebooked for my earliest return date. If you have monthly appointments booked ahead of time and you already have an appointment in June I will start your treatment plan from that date. ... This will be a bit of a process for me where it is just me and I don’t have reception but I am going to try SUPER hard to get through as many calls or messages as I can today so if you don’t hear from me today don’t worry I didn’t forget you I want to thank you all very much for your patience !! Things will be very different for the next while and I have to admit I’m nervous but I am going to try and roll with this the best I can !!! Much love !!! Can’t wait to see you all very soon

Hey ! Just thought I would post another stretch ! I was doing a little Stretching routine the other day and remembered this one ! This is a stretch I often give as home care for my patients with some minor shoulder restrictions. It’s great for increasing your range of motion as this movement isn’t always one we do everyday. Like all stretches hold for 30 seconds you might even feel a little pull in the pecs (chest) if those muscles are restricted as well.

I LOVE this stretch !!! This one is so helpful for general forearm tightness , but on an even deeper level it is very effective in decreasing restrictions in the muscle groups that can pinch the median, ulnar and radial nerve causing such conditions as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and golfers elbow. To stretch the flexor group simply turn the forearm palm up and apply the same technique straight but not rigid elbow and the opposite hand pulling fingers towards the belly Hold for 30 seconds, if numbness or tingling in the fingers occur stop the stretch, put a small amount of heat to the muscle and try the stretch again. This is a stretch I have done on myself everyday for my entire career so I can vouch for its effectiveness!

This stretch is fantastic for pain and tension in the back of the neck, upper shoulders and the mid back. This stretch lengthens the postural muscles along the spine in the cervical and thoracic regions. Hold for a minimum of 30 seconds! And try and breath deeply while holding this stretch. Don’t raise your head too quickly as you might become a little dizzy. You might feel this stretch into the lower back if the postural muscles are really tense!
