I always love to make a big vat of caramel and dip all of the things right before Christmas. Including caramel apples Are you all ready for Christmas? I have a butt load of wrapping to do tonight. Then I think we’re ready to sit back and relax for a few days.

One of the final cakes of November. December is mostly Christmas preorders. Keep your eyes peeled in the next few days for those.

Frozen.... is how I’m feeling today. brrr. I know, I know. Compared to our regular January deep freeze, this is practically shorts Weather. What can I say. I’m wimpy. I love to wrap myself up in one of my heated blankets.

Cutie little mini cake with fresh florals and a bit of drip. Now that’s my kind of cake.

Unicorns, rainbows, pink and purple were my guidance for today’s cake. I love how this cute unicorn turned out. It is yet another mini cake. Even with these restrictions, people still love to celebrate milestones. A mini cake is the way to go. They feed 6-8. ( Or fewer if you like hefty pieces...)

This fun 3-D kinder surprise inspired cake was filled with skittles and a real kinder surprise egg. Gotta make the cakes a little extra special these days since we can’t get together for parties.
