Clearly a very bullish market , prices are up again ...and inventory continues to remain low . To add to this TD bank has just lowered rates and most major banks are predicted to follow suit. Waterloo region continues to attract more people and businesses wanting to move or invest here and the region is making significant attempts to face demand by approving various new residential subdivisions and implementing new zone changes . However at this rate it looks like we will contunite to see prices rise unless we have more homes for sale . Overall great news for sellers but buyers may continue to compete to purchase homes .
