Redlines! When doing changes to a house it’s crucial to have everything well documented. After going through a list of all your changes I double up by drawing them on the plans so that drafting has an idea of what you want and where you want it. This is the redlines for a custom Orion I just did tonight with 60 changes. Oh and I use different colours for different addendums.

Super excited to see the digging start on this custom Astrid bungalow. Client has done all sorts of fun stuff like moving the stairs and raising the great room to 10’!
