Last Q Weekly Update #FYI The Average Sale price in the GTA remains stable at this time and has been relatively stable since March 2021. We have seen a steady upwards trend in the total number of listings since start of the new year.... Given the lack of inventory and increase in demand, the average sale price in the GTA has increased over the course of the last quarter and we expect the average price to remain stable and hold strong. We are seeing an uptick in the number of listings being posted since the start of the new year. The number of days on market currently remains stable and is now 10 days on market.
