Here's a piece a client order to put in an Atrium in Moncton. I'm amazed we got it through the double doors in one piece.

I should of said character on the post.

We got all the walls up , now a few more roof system logs and an awesome character post supporting the ridgepole and its ready for the carpenters to close it in. There's gonna be a surprise carving inside on the character support post but haven't decided yet what would be a good fit.

Well the Sugar Camp is ready for its new home , perched up high with a amasing view of Riley brook.

The kids and I found the perfect spot for a weekend getaway cabin. Bald peak mountain . Just need to figure out how to get it up there.

This is my current project. 30'x40' sugar camp . Going well!

The voyageur finally made it back to the village of plaster rock. I'm confident it will last for many years due to being sheltered from the elements by the log roof system. I carved the canoe and man from a massive 52" diameter white pine log I harvested from a mountain in Riley brook. Although this was my first large scale carving , I'm happy with the results.

10'x12'log gazebo, all cedar construction . $3300 for the frame and floor.$4000 with cedar shingle roof. may accept trades. call or text 356-5324.

Here is a current project I got from the Saint John home show. An exceptional home with many "unique" design elements, The homeowners spent many months with a design firm from Calgary . I was asked to provide some massive timber posts with curved struts on the front porch along with some posts and railings on the back balcony and staircase. Excited to see the finish product .

I'm all setup, ready to show off my talent and hopefully generate some future projects.Actually I think the only exhibitor that builds log and timber frame homes. I've got a lot of good feedback from other exhibitors , we'll see what the public thinks.

Here are a few pictures I came across from March 1994. The log home company I was working for got a contract to build a turnkey log home just south of Tokyo Japan. We prebuilt the log shell here , then dismantled it and shipped it out of St John on a container ship with everything needed to complete it, including ( framing lumber, doors and windows, flooring, shingles , stonework ,) It took 7 weeks of around the clock work and we accomplished it. It was a huge challenge but also a huge adventure .

Here are a few more pics of the interior work in progress. it's a unique web of timber trusses and four curved trusses, it's going well!

Here's my current project. This little diamond in the rough just needed a little shining and a couple additions to make it one of the most unique and eye catching cabins on the salmon river. It never ceases to amaze me what a great crew can accomplish in only 1 month . I will post more finished pics in the future, there's a lot more interior work to do .

This project turned out "Amazing " . Even though it was a design/build as you go, combining my experience and the clients taste for the rustic yet modern style we took this home to a new level . I tip my hat to all the crew on this project, great job!!! Now off to the next challenge :)

This was originally designed to be a simple carport roof system. But the homeowner saw its potential for more , so we designed it to be a 400sqft balcony with Windows on three sides to take full advantage of the views over the lake. It was well worth it.

This is Timberframe truss #3 of 7 on this major house renovation .
