Happy Birthday to my amazing, caring, loving, and beautiful daughter Natasha. You are beautiful inside and out. Someone asked me what’s my greatest accomplishm...ent? Of course, I said having my daughter! 27 years ago and risked my life to have you and I’m so glad I did. Nothing compares to the joy of having you, in my life. I’m so proud of the awesome young woman you have become. I feel like the roles have now been reversed. You taking care of me and always telling me what I should and shouldn’t do (just like your auntie! Lol I love you with all my heart.

On this scale I'm a 7 today. I didn't have a good sleep last night. I was in pain and I tried to ignore it. I woke up this morning feeling crappy, so I did a free 15 mins meditation class at 8:00am, it did help a little. I have a lot of things plan to do today, but I'm not going to let pain distract me, so just moving forward. This is how it feels to have a chronic illness. One step forward on a good day (I had that on Monday) 3 steps backwards on a bad day (started yesterday and getting worse today). But I'm not complaining, because as long as I don't get COVID 19 I'm happy. I think I'll have a nap now! Bye!
