A friend said to me today- When will we ever have the gift of being able to spend this time with our children or loved ones? This is so true! Amazing and scary all at once. My days are full keeping the five of us occupied. Making sure the kids get time to themselves, time outside, keep moving their bodies, creating, learning, eating well and being open about their feelings. The kids are all doing well and I’m so proud of how they have been handling this new normal. ... As for me- I am tired almost all of the time, bloated, have heartburn and headaches everyday and my sleep pattern sucks! As I laid in bed last night I was thinking about ways to make myself feel better. Something for me, something that will give me more energy. And something that will improve my health and I remembered how great I felt when I ate better and took notice of the things I fueled my body with!
