How are you feeding your soul this week? After a few really intense weeks, I chose to do a self care challenge...10 days with my feet dug in the sand and sun on my face 3 - 7 hours a day. The amount of healing that happened during my challenge was incredible and reminded me how much I used to love this form of self care. Sometimes going back to old self care rituals makes it clearer why you actually did them in the first place in an unconscious state...your body still knows w...hat it needs.
