I'm not great at sleeping in on the weekends, so I was up at 6am today working my way through a photography course. I've been investing a lot this month on upping my skills/knowledge in photography and running a business and it's been soooo enlightening and rewarding. I really admire people who pursue their passions and work at becoming masters in their craft. I've always had so many interests and things I love pursuing but photography has been a constant. I'm a bit of a Jil...l of all trades but master of none, and I'm taking this year to really concentrate on developing my photography skills further. Maybe one day I can fall into the master category ;). This gorgeous lady is my dear friend Annika from @canineconnectiontraining and Sniffdog. She's someone I look up to for her drive to be a master in her craft and in business, plus she's just an all around kickass woman! Plus plus she has a super cute dog Cedar (who is much bigger now ). Who is someone you look up to and appreciate?

This photo makes me laugh because he was SOOO fast chasing after me (well my cool camera really). Normally I’d love a good baby snuggle but in Covid times I can’t . I certainly got a workout on this shoot running around with this cutie!

A fellow photographer in a FB group I'm in, was worried her self-portrait on her business account may have been too weird. The photo was a fun reflection of her personality and earned a resounding HECK YA POST IT from the group. It made me realize two things... One, I haven't actually posted a pic of or introduced myself on here. And two, that I also wanted to post a pic of me being weird/silly (cause that's totally how I roll ). So here I am, giving some love to my kale babies in my garden, because I'm also a huge plant nerd!
