Week one of being reopened has been amazing, thank you everyone for being understanding and supportive. With all the new regulations and protocols businesses must now follow, it is you, our clients , that help make the transition easier. Patiently answering our questions, sanitizing, masking and following new shop rules, all with a smile. You Rock!!!!!! I will be reopened as of May 7 th , however bookings will be limited to comply with the regulations for covid-19. Do not arrive before your scheduled appointment, the door will be locked. Services will also be limited, cut and colors only - no blow-dry, no beard trims etc. You will have to wear a mask , so I will do my best to ensure I have one for you but please wear your own if you have, mine will be limited. Hand sanitizer will be available, and each client will have a... clean cape and all equipment will be sanitized between clients. The bathroom will also be limited to color service clients only so please go before you arrive. Do not bring the fam jam with you, they will not be allowed in. And remember you and i can be a carrier of all viruses so, please respect my space and follow the covid-19 protocol. If you are sick - with anything do not keep your appointment! Again I will state, for those that are unaware - I have a heart condition and my son has asthma. If clients refuse to obey regulations or shop rules and put my family at risk I will close my doors. Looks like I will be reopened shortly. Appointments will be scheduled only. With time to clean between clients. Space will be limited in regards to appointment times. No walk ins. I do need to make some changes and order a few things so please bare with me.

Just want to let everyone know that bought raffle tickets for cadets, the draw will now be made in October ,not June due to covid-19. All tickets already bought will be honored so hold onto those stubs and any remaining tickets will be available in September. Granted this is assuming cadets will resume in September...

Ok, if you have to cut your bangs,. Please point cut. Do not cut straight across - you will regret it. Point cutting gives you better control of how much your taking off and gives you a softer look. Point cutting is also more forgiving. Literally snip a half cm at a time. This means only cutting the tips of the hair with only the tips of the scissors . The closer you hold the hair to the face , the better the results. Hope this helps everyone . Forgot to say,. Style your hair before cutting, do not pull down on the hair, keep it as relaxed and in style as you can. This allows you to see where you want your bang to sit and gives a more valid view of how much you need to cut. Remember a little at a time, you can always do it again, but you can't put it back on.

Looks like I'm closed until distancing has been lifted. I will post a few dyi videos tomorrow to help everyone survive, just remember I do charge extra for color corrections and lifting box dye is no guarantee - on the lift or on hair survival. Safe hair playing everyone

Salons fall under a few categories , we offer services and we offer retail. With this posting it looks like we would be allowed to stay open. So chances are we will fall into personal choice to close and possibly not get any compensation for wage loss. Someone should offer the government a haircut from 2 meters away lol

My recent post stated I would be open sparingly through the covid-19 crisis. As I feel this would probably be safe for some businesses, I have decided to close the shop for a minimum of two weeks effective immediately. My decision is based on my own health issues of a heart condition and falling into a high risk category. As a hair stylist I would be in close contact with my clients and this also puts you at risk , if by rare chance I am a carrier. Please note that I have not been out of country, nor in contact to my knowledge. Again thank you for your support, and understanding.

To all my clients, I truly appreciate your support and loyalty to my business, - With school and daycare closures I will only be in shop sparingly so that I am available for my family. On a personal note - We all understand why clinics, hotels, and other facilities are closing or limiting access, have the same respect for smaller businesses that may not have the option to do so. I ask that If you have been sick or in contact with anyone sick, with anything, over the last few weeks, or in the weeks to come, please refrain from making an appointment. Yes, My family comes first and yes I am taking appointments, but limiting my hours however I would hate to have to close my doors. Thank you, Angelee
