Myself.....I have a shit tonne to release, remove and renew with the upcoming full moon on October 31. I need to recognize the signs of burn out...to slow down and just learn to breath. I am blessed for the people in my life that do not hesitate to give me ass kicking when needed. I am ready to release ALL that no longer serves me.i definitely going to practice what I preach with this beautiful moon.
