Alright, ready for some REAL talk from Ang? You know I’m known for full transparency. It’s time to get even more vulnerable here. So far this year our Mary Kay team has done Half a Million in business, just like we have 5 times before! We have a new Cadillac coming, we have hit many goals..... but not THE one! 5 years ago we missed the goal - Top Trip Unit - by a hair!! It made me cry, it made me reflect and it made things change! That miss helped me realize that a wh...ole lot was wrong in my personal life and that a lot of tough things needed to happen! They did! Now things are good! So. SO. Good. BUT that dream in my heart to be a trip director is still here. This year we will finish the job! THIS IS OUR YEAR! We are done with good but just missing! We are done almost giving our all! We are BRAVE. We are going to use courage and go for it!!! My team deserves to be a Circle of Excellence (Top Trip) Unit! NO QUESTION. That has never been done in this area and my team deserves to wear that badge! We are going to show Covid who’s boss. Show women that no matter what happens, you can pick yourself up, dust yourself off and CRUSH goals!! Just be YOU!! How do you want to make a difference?? Comment below, I would Love to know! I realize now that making a difference can be subtle! ... It doesn’t have to be a grand gesture. It doesn’t need to be a donation of a million dollars to a charity. It doesn’t have to be an act to put your own life in harms way. Just be you! This is my thought... when we live out loud following our purpose letting the God Whispers direct our steps we will be lead to opportunity! Some of those opportunities will take courage and getting out of our comfort zones! Some of the opportunities will have us make big goals followed by big action and amazing things will be accomplished!! THAT will make a difference! Others will be inspired, as they watch you succeed and as they watch you have to try again!! Your courage and effort, whether you reach the goal everytime or not, will have others believe that they can too!! That is how Choose to make a difference today!
