Just another workout if your looking to get active at home today It’s a brand new month NOVEMBER, Time to write down some monthly goals to keep myself focused & then check & see how far I got with them come months end . -maintain my current body fat % -start preparing for Christmas , Christmas is my absolute favourite, so getting a head start is important to me.
