News today! Angkor Reports 55.4 g/t Gold from Wild Boar Sampling. Highlights of our recently completed mapping and sampling program on our 100% owned Andong Meas property include: ~ Multiple grab samples with gold from 3.08 to 55.4 g/t grams of gold per tonne;... ~ Significant gold target has been identified from samples collected over a north to south distance of more than 600 metres; and ~ Evidence of multiple mineralized epithermal quartz veins and skarn type alteration across the license including the Wild Boar and Wild Monkey prospects. Angkor is pleased to report that it has signed an Earn-In Agreement on its Oyadao License with Canadian development company Hommy Oyadao Inc. (Hommy) to earn up to a 70% interest in Angkors Oyadao North License in exchange for payments totalling USD $4.6 million. Oyadao is a 222 km2 license area near the Vietnam border, running north and east of Mescos Phum Syarung gold mine site. Angkor again sponsored and organized our humanitarian Dental Campaign 2020 that took place from Jan. 1-4th. This is the second time the Dick, Peggy, and Alex Schmotter team have travelled from California to Cambodia to offer their outstanding talent in dental care, hygiene and dental restoration. Joining them was Patti Rae from California doing assessments and anaesthetic, Cindy Moran as dental assistant, and Ashley McQuire of Hawaii assisting on x-ray and patient prep. We ...were also joined by Dr. Sophanara and Dr. Vuthy, two Khmer dentists that work in the region. They operated out of a brand new mobile dental coach just outside our building. We assessed over 230 people over the 4-day period, and as the pictures show, there are always a couple major life-changing moments for patients when these dentists do their magic, especially for front teeth restorations. A special thanks to the entire Angkor team and volunteers as they managed registration and the traffic so that we were never overwhelmed with people, but had extremely full days serving those from rural areas that needed the care most. We had over 85 people that had never seen a dentist so you can imagine some of the issues. We did treat a lot of indigenous people and rural village members from more remote areas on the Angkor licenses; approximately 70% of our patients were from these targeted areas, including Oyadao and Andong Meas. Angkor Resources has received recognition from the governor, village and commune leaders, Member of Parliament, Health officials, and Sr. Minister for the campaign. Great time, amazing work, and our sincere gratitude goes to this outstanding performance of our professionals - Thank you Dick, Peggy, Patti, Ashley, Cindy, and Alex for making this long journey to help others and make a difference!! And thanks to all the support and flexibility of our local doctors , volunteers and staff that made this a reality. Nothing is better than starting the New Year with a new smile.

Angkor announced today that subsidiary EnerCam Exploration Ltd. has raised USD $1,000,000 to date to advance Angkors new Cambodian oil and gas license (Block VIII) through the private sale of shares of EnerCam Resources Singapore Pty. Ltd. (EnerCam Singapore) to various international accredited investors. Angkors subsidiary, EnerCam Exploration Ltd., has allocated up to 2.5 million of a total... 10 million outstanding shares of EnerCam Singapore for sale at a price of USD $1 per share in order to finance early stage start-up costs and exploration of its Block VIII oil and gas license. More big news this week. Angkor reported on the discovery of surface oil seeps on its newly-acquired oil and gas license on Block VIII, Cambodia. Testing by Schlumberger Limited, Dubai confirms the oil seeps contain surface hydrocarbons. These results are part of a major geological study obtained by Angkor that includes locating and testing seeps on our new oil and gas license. The large amount of work and data compiled on Angkors 7,300 km2 Block VIII license area provides m...ultiple targets for further study and allows us to greatly speed up our initial exploration, allowing us to focus on already identified areas of interest. With our recent announcement of our successful oil and gas license application in Cambodia, our new name reflects our diversification into oil and gas assets in addition to our established mineral exploration projects. As an Angkor shareholder there is nothing you need to do. Well be rolling out a brand new website and materials in the coming months, so bear with us as we update our image. We continue to explore numerous gold and copper targets on our five mineral exploration licenses covering a 983-square kilometre land package in Cambodia, with the support of the Cambodian government, local communities, and earn-in exploration funding partners, such as Canadas Hommy 5 Resources Inc. and Australias Emerald Resources NL. Last week due to seasonal rains the Sre Pok river near Lumphat, which is in our Banlung license area, flooded its banks. Angkor was approached by the governor to donate as 6 villages in the area were severally affected. To assist the local villagers, Angkor and its employees donated 25 tents, canned food and a ton of rice.

The Cambodian Government has approved our application for an oil & gas exploration licence on 7,300 square kilometres of a relatively unexplored onshore sedimentary basin.
