We are often asked to come prune the dead tops out of local birch trees , unfortunately once the top has been affected by the bronze birch borers the trees are DOOMED & should be removed . We love trees and whenever possible we try to encourage people to prune trees or let them be instead of removing them, unfortunately this is not the case with an affected birch tree .
