From a moment ago ... an image part of a personal project working with some bad ass people and athletes doing amazing things, living life with adventure, fun, kindness and following their passions! Hope all is well downunder! @danethomasbergman
Don’t be fooled by the face. This girl can teach you how to get super fit and how to throw a punch! Boxing instructor, trainer and cheerleader for @bclions_official @nllwarriors @canucks @aprilynne.fit @aprilynnehaqq
Here is some information on the windsurf clinic I’ll be teaching in collaboration with @windsureadv on the 29th. Looking forward to it!

Been teaching a little windsurfing down at Jericho for fun during Covid and doing a clinic on the 29th. If only Vancouver had more wind and waves, it would truly be the most livable city in the world!

Reel Athletes’ new talent Gerald is not just a pretty face but a bonafide slack/ high-liner. Great working with you Gerald! @geralds.moves @reelathletesagency @talysia
The view from my brother’s sauna on the edge of the river in Squamish. It was so great to finally be able to get outside of the confinement of our home, yard and city ... see family, friends, meet new people, share some food and feel normal again!
First day on the water for the Finster! It’s not Hawaii but no complaints here ... the beach, the mountains. If there were waves, it’d be even better!

Was fun working with nutritionist Rosina on creating some branding images for her nutrition consulting business. @mindfulguidancenutrition Nutrition and fitness has always been a priority in my own life so getting to work with food and fitness pros is always a plus!
Changing up the inside work station for my new outdoor work space. Enjoying the morning sunshine. Thankful for having a yard and being surrounded by trees, having bike trails at my door step and the beach just around the corner!

Back when I got paid to play in the ocean all day! Was doing some cleaning and came across this. Note to self ... Get back on the water!
Sure am missing this view, fresh powder days and just being on the mountain in the fresh air. Hard to believe so much has changed in just 3 weeks, life interrupted by something we physically can’t even see either naked eye which is the scary part. Everyone’s lives on hold! So much at stake for so many of people. Stay strong, stay positive, be thankful for what you do have and the everyday things we take for granted. This week I lost my studio space which I spent time and money fixing up. Was hard to give it up but I guess when one door shuts, you need to keep hopeful the next door that opens will bring even bigger, brighter opportunities.
One of the last people I photographed before the panic set in and social distancing became part of everyday life. We’re all wondering how long this will last and how this is all going to play out. Having to balance work in between home schooling, playing monopoly, backyard soccer and golf, gardening and staying sane with so many unknowns. Looking forward to seeing family and friends again but realizing it might be a while yet:( all we can do is stay safe and healthy, focussed and make plans for the return to normal life!
