Message and pics from Mandy Harvey I know it is somewhat random to message you given that we only met once in person back in (I believe) 2013. I do not know if you remember her because of how many babies you rescue, but back in November 2013 you had posted about 3 kittens found taped in a beer box and thrown into the dump. That night my daughter and I rushed to your home to meet the black kitten who had been called "coal" then, and while she played with the kitties, I adopte...d coal who later became Hestia. I wanted to let you know that she is doing so well and we love her so much. She has 5 brothers and sisters now (well.. one she decided to have as a boyfriend) and has over time come out of her shell and loves to "quack" at us (she never fully regained her ability to meow after having gone through all of that) I remember back then she had a bit of an eye infection- that went away quickly and she has never had any other issues with her eyes. She has actually been healthier than all of our other cats in fact But that is her now, and her with her "boyfriend" wilhelm. He is one of the children of the big.black cat named panda that wound up being surrendered to you guys ( I adopted 3 of his sons before he was surrendered) .

Have a Heart for Furbabies this Valentines Day For us, every Loonie or Twooney counts or any loose change, especially now with spring in the air and kitten soon upon us. Any loose change is greatly appreciated, please collect them and donate them to us, to help rescued animals in need. You could gather them from your friends, family and neighbours or start a collection at your school or place of work. Once you a have a full bag, bin, bucket or box, please contact us at 705 5...75 7030, or by emailing [email protected] and we will send someone to pick them up. Giving out valentines cards might be going out of style but compassion never will!

I have been getting several calls for spays and neuters, which is good that you's are helping the overpopulation of many in our city by wanting to fix your pet. Unfortuanately there is more calls then I have appointments right now and I am waiting on vets to give me more appointments. Please bare with me and I will get back to you's as soon as this happens. I know several of yous that have called several times and left a message or text me and I have them saved all and promise to get back to you all by this week. Sorry for this delay. That is why it is so important to keep your appointment and don't show up or call me within 72 hours, as it makes it bad for the person who has been waiting for one.
