Thank you, thank you, thank you Just wanted to let everyone know how grateful I am for your continued support of my little business, and for all of your patience & understanding in this crazy year! It’s been a little different, but I so appreciate the adaptation & all of your kindness through it all We will get through this & from speaking to many of you through these last few weeks leading up to Christmas, I can honestly say I’m so proud to hear everyone is abiding by... the public health guidelines for this upcoming holiday season. Remembrance Day 2020 - I hope everyone is taking time today with family, feeling grateful for all those who have fought for our freedom

The remainder of 2020 seems to be speeding by, almost as fast as Rocky Balboa flying in his bat costume on Halloween I am completely booked up for the rest of the year, and am now taking bookings for January. If you are just now realizing you forgot to book your pup in, send me a message and I’ll do my best to fit you in if I get a cancellation. Thank you so much for your suppprt & also for your patience in waiting for these appointments! ~ I am taking a couple weeks off in September, hoping for a much needed little holiday. Therefore September is booking up very quickly. I really appreciate you pre booking your pups next appointment in order to get you your preferred dates & times ... Hope you all are enjoying the sunshine today

I am not pleased to have such a long wait time, but with trying to keep as clean & safe as possible this is what has to be done. I thank you all for your patience & support ~ With that being said, even though I would love to take on all the new pups, I am not able to take on any new clients at this time. Until my schedule opens up and wait times are shortened I will not be able to take any new clients. Booking update! ~ I am currently booking into mid July, I know this is a long time away so I ask that you please prebook your pups appointment to avoid disappointment. With increased sanitation leading to longer booking times, I am not able to take as many dogs per day which has increased my wait times. ... ~ Drop offs & pickups will remain in the backyard only, and please remove leashes & collars if possible. You can take them with you or leave them on my back table, which will be sanitized between appointments. ~ I appreciate your patience so much & your understanding that this is a necessity done for you & your pets safety, as well as my own. ~ Currently I am closing my client list to new clients as I need to ensure my current clients can book in a timely manner. Just a friendly reminder that it’s Flea, Tick & Lice season! Please protect your pets from these unfriendly pests!! I always recommend using Revolution, it’s a topical treatment you can get from the vets office that is dosed specifically for the weight of your fur baby. ... Happy Spring

I hope everyone is keeping safe & healthy For those who have been wondering, here is an update for groomings! ~I will be returning to grooming full time, however that will now look a little different. In order to prevent overlapping clients, and to ensure I have time for extra sanitation in between each client, I will be taking fewer dogs each day then in the past. ~What that means for you is that I will be booked up a little farther in advance, probably 3-4 weeks, so plea...se prebook your pups appointments in order to get them in at your preferred dates & times. ~I will maintain a backyard drop off & pick up policy. Also please remove all collars/leashes/harnesses/doggie clothing upon drop off & take that with you. I am trying my best to keep everything as sanitary as possible with minimal contamination. I groom out of my home, so at this time avoiding having human clients in & out of my home is the best decision for health & safety. ~ Maintaining social distancing is key, so if you want to chat before or after your pups grooming we can do that at a distance;) ~ In order to catch up with my current clients needs, I will not be taking any new clients until June 1st. Those who have already reached out; I will be notifying you first. Thank you all for your patience & understanding during this crazy time!! I can’t wait to see you all & catch up with you & your pups

Saw this post & thought it may be helpful for those attempting to trim your dogs nails! The same goes for white nails, just the sensitive tissue ‘bullseye’ is more of a pink colour. It would be extremely beneficial to keep up with your puppers nails over this crazy time, even if you are able to just take the littlest bit off at a time, it all helps to prevent overgrowth.... For all of you wondering, I am staying open, however I am taking many extra precautions. ... - All pickups/dropoffs will happen outside to avoid the spread of germs in my home. - I love to chat with you all, but during this time we’ll keep that happening over the phone instead - Although I clean all my tools & areas between each groom, I am taking some extra time to clean the banisters/door handles/walls/floors etc. - Please cancel if you or your family members are feeling unwell or have travelled at all. I will do the same and let you know if I am not feeling well. I completely understand if you would like to postpone your appointment to another time, please don’t hesitate to call & let me know. I just want to thank you all so much for your support & patience over the last few months! It really means the world to me I am playing catch up with all my clients & trying to get everyone booked in a timely manner. With that being said I am now looking at a 3-4 week wait time for appointments With additional sanitation & time between appointments, I am not able to take as many dogs per day. This therefore causes my schedule to get booked up quickly!! ... Please prebook your pups appointment if you are looking for a specific time or day, or a set amount of weeks between appointments. I saw this post a few weeks ago & seriously cannot stop thinking about it! I can’t stress enough that I try my best to give every owner the exact haircut that they are hoping to receive for their pups, that’s why I may seem to ask a lot of questions!! However that being said, I’m sure that I have my own style & that’s the creative process that I just may not be able to change. I value humanity over vanity ALWAYS; and want every dog to come away feeling comfortable & happy ... Please please please, I value your feedback & hope that you let me know if there are any changes I can make to ensure you are happy with your pups grooming. I am more than willing to try my best for you!! I’ve had a lot of people ask me lately ‘Are you accepting new clients?’, and YES I am! I am happy to accept referrals of new clients! Currently I am limiting myself to small dogs as my shoulders take quite a beating with the big ones ... (Lets just say I keep my massage therapist & acupuncturist busy!)
