Makin the Montreal Style Bagels.

Sourdough bread takes time. Our bread is a multi day process which usually starts on Monday. In order for our hard working staff to enjoy a well deserved day off we will be closed this Tuesday. See you Wednesday! Also please note this means Montreal Bagels will be bumped to Thursday again this week. Happy Labour Day from the Bread & Coffee crew :)

Our baking schedule will be a bit different this week. We wont be doing bagels this week and sandwich loaves will only be on Saturday. Well be back to normal next week.

Chocolate sourdough available this Friday and Saturday. Loads of organic dark chocolate from Valrhona and Callebaut in our white sourdough.

Special pastry this weekend. Kouign Amann is a buttery French pastry made with dough laminated with salted butter with a salted caramel exterior.

Have a great long weekend! We will be closed this coming Tuesday so our wonderful staff can enjoy the holiday. Were open until four today (Saturday).
