Just an update: Effective immediately all those attending classes in studio will need to wear a mask as they enter and exit the class, social distancing is requ...ired when entering and exiting allowing the 6 feet distance between yourself and others. Masks can be removed only while you are on your mat. The Meditation Monday class will be available online starting Monday November 23rd.
