Today around the globe we celebrate the teachers of the world with the theme being Teachers at the Heart of Education Recovery. In this crazy world we find ourselves in right now, this could not be more true and is very appropriate with the loss of learning and extreme adjustments all children, and parents have had to make. Not only that, but the repercussions from these adjustments from social isolation to mental well-being is going to cause many further adjustments f...or years to come, even as we shift back to normal life (hopefully sooner rather than later). Very interesting article! "The central bank has pledged to keep interest rates near zero until slack is fully absorbed, something it doesn’t see happening until 2023. But stronger growth could lead to an economy running at full capacity earlier than the two-year timeline, which may prompt policy makers to bring rate hike expectations forward." They're expecting a quicker lift off in rates by as early as April! The market is a little wild right now, but rates are incredible and it certainly makes buying that much more intriguing.
