Reopening July 2021 Services are available by appointment only, no walk-ins will be accepted at this time Please call or text upon arrival. There will be no waiting area If you are unwell or have any Covid symptoms please stay home. Our cancellation policy has been waived.... Clients will be screened for Covid when booking and before providing service In accordance with ministry regulations, information will be collected from clients and stored for 30 days (name, phone number, date of service) Clients must wear a mask at all times with limited exceptions. Mask must cover mouth, nose and chin with no gaping Please sanitize hands before entering Services requiring the removal of masks are prohibited Manicures, pedicures and body waxing are available Physical distancing must be adhered to as possible Please limit your areas of touch. Ask for help, we will be more than happy to assist you Please consider prepaying by electronic options For your safety and well being all surface areas and work stations will be disinfected prior to and after each service is provided Spa staff will be transparent with providing information as necessary Spa staff will adhere to the strict guidelines, practices, protocols and exposure-risks in accordance/compliance with the Reopening Ontario Act, Workplace Health & Safety, the Government of Ontario and the Region of Peel Public Health Spa staff has been trained in COVID-19 safety measures and will ensure they are followed All rules and guidelines apply to all individuals regardless of vaccination status While the COVID situation has improved in Peel and Ontario we must continue to exercise caution to reduce transmission and further spread with necessary preventative measures Thank you for your support and understanding Anna M. A lot of people are asking me about a Plexiglas shield between them an clients. Why? What about a mask? You should be wearing one anyway to protect from dust i...nhalation. I've been recommend that for decades. What will a Plexiglas shield do for dusts... likely attract the dust like a magnet. The shield will always be dusty and will require constant cleaning and disinfection. Rather than spend time cleaning something that normally is only seen in banks, why not start wearing a good quality mask? Have one for your client as well. And I don't mean DIY masks.
