MARKET UPDATE | The Calgary housing market kicked off 2020 with a 7.74% gain over last January’s sales. Although sales activity is still well below 2014 records (aka the last time we saw sales rise above the 10-year average #realestateboom), it remains consistent with the activity recorded over the past five years. January also witnessed a decline in new listings, inventory, and prices.
