Hi Valued Clientele, We want to give you an update on the new changes we will be implementing as we lift the restrictions placed on us by Provincial Public Health due to COVID 19. Starting the week of June 15 2020 we will be opening more hours, keeping our doors locked to the public. We will now be open Saturdays 8am-12pm. Starting the week of June 22 2020 we will follow our normal business hours; Mon, Wed, Thurs: 8am-8pm Tues, Fri: 8am-6pm... Sat: 8am-12pm Our 24 hour emergency services will remain the same for clients. As of June 8 2020 we are now able to book all appointments and surgeries, including spays, neuters and dentistries. We have been contacting those on our wait list and will be working to accommodate as many of these surgeries as possible as well as clients with new needs for surgeries. This will take time to achieve in an efficient manner so we ask for your continued patience with us at this time. Telemedicine will still be available for appointments and curb side pick-up of medications and food will remain in place. Prefered payment options include visa payments via phone, e transfer or debit. As a reminder, here is what to expect when you arrive at AAH: Our doors remain closed to the general public except those coming in with their pets for their scheduled appointment. When you arrive please call (902) 681 8387 so we may direct your call for curb side pick up or an appointment. Please remain in your vehicle before your appointment, a staff member will be out to escort you in. We are allowing one person per appointment into the hospital at this time. If you choose to enter the hospital for your appointment you must wear a mask, our team will also be wearing masks. You may provide a mask or we can provide one for you if you do not have one. Surgery drop offs and pick ups: Appointments will be set up for surgery via phone or after an appointment. All spays and neuters must be up to date on vaccinations. -Quotes will be emailed prior to the date of surgery. -Please call from the parking lot for surgery drop off and we will inform you of a pick up appointment time over the phone.
