How’s your relationship with food? I used to have to eat 4-6x per day to keep me from getting hangry, this I turn gave me anxiety. Food ruled my life, and I didn’t even realize it. This was left over from my fitness competition days, where being hungry and fearful of carbs was the normal for a couple years. This stuck with me for many many years. How I fueled my body was a way for me to judge others on what they fueled their body with. ... Learning to eat intuitively and get clear on my programming with food was a long process.
