Thank you Carol Canes for the amazing donations. CRNITS depends heavily on donations. Many programs and services are possible because of our generous... donors. Unfortunately, this year looks very different and we are unable to accept as many donations as previous years. There are a few ways that you can continue to support the Transition Society though donations: If you are interested in making a monetary donation, please call the office to make arrangements at 250-287-7384. Donation of women’s clothing or personal hygiene items can be donated to the Women Centre. Please phone 250-287-3044 to make arrangements to drop off. Or follow them on Facebook. Other items, or household items can be donated to their Transitions Thrift Store. Please ahead to make sure there is space at 250-914-3666. Or follow them on Facebook. ~ Unfortunately, if you do not make prior arrangements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept the donations because of limited space. Thank you so much for the community generosity. ~

It’s #WellnessWednesday. Today’s great resource is an article from CTRI where the author shares some helpful information on how to manage anxiety during covid-19. Feel free to share, you never know how it could be helpful to someone you know. https://ca.ctrinstitute.com//how-to-manage-anxiety-durin/ .... . . . . #wellnesswednesday #wellbeing #Wednesday #life #wellness #freeresources See more
