Childhood trauma can come in many forms but what it can lead to is an adult with a winded inner child inside. So many people are walking around with an adult bo...dy but needing to heal the inner child. When we are adults we look at the symptoms we are suffering with and try and tear them there than trying to find the reason and root cause. It took me decades to realise that attracting toxic people into my life had come from my childhood and a subconscious belief of not feeling good enough. Negative subconscious beliefs and stuck trauma in our body can lead to so many symptoms as an adult. Self awareness is key here to start to make conscious choices to self heal.
