In this day an age with all the confusion - we must remember that a new earth is being born. I feel that we need to be more self sufficient in many ways. Trust your inner guidance. Don't believe everything you hear. If it doesn't resonate with you - go with your gut. We've been told to beware of false prophets. I feel that we need to trust our food sources and be very careful where our food comes from. Research natural medicine for healing instead of just pharmaceuticals. We need to honour our mother Earth and clean up the environment. We need to be more loving, compassionate and forgiving, but that doesn't mean being a door mat. You can hold strong boundaries from a place of love. Now is the time to learn to cocreate with our spirit guides and angels. They are here to help

Look towards a new beginning on the horizon. Even though the world may seem to be in chaos, we need to focus on being heart centered and stay grounded. Mankind needs to make many adjustments in how we live, eat and love. The old ways must go before the new earth can be born. Blessings and gratitude
