I had the honor of speaking this morning at Futureworx in Truro for International Women’s Day! It was a wonderful start to this amazing day!

It’s Flower today and Jess from Little Thistle Floral Design is here with her beautiful bouquets! This weeks feature is the Blue Thistle, also known as eryngium or sea holly. One of few naturally blue flowers and a hardy perennial native to Europe and the Mediterranean. They also happen to be Jess’ favourite and she chose them for her business name and logo because they are unique, beautiful and grow where they are planted.... We are heart broken and sad this morning over the devastating fire that broke out last night in downtown Truro. Four amazing local small businesses were impacted by this horrific fire. NovelTea Bookstore Cafe, King Koin Laundry & Tanning, T&V Electronics, and Truro KungFu Kajukenpo, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your lovely staff and families.... We are so thankful no one was injured and the fire was contained.
