It’s amazing the mistakes one makes along the way. Only 78 bottles produced which sold out in a few days and we did not have anyone point this out so I guess no harm done. It took me opening a bottle to see the progress of this wine to notice it, perhaps I was tired and/or rushed but shouldn’t happen at this final stage in the process. Take home message.
