Happy Canada Day from all of us at Antlers Kingfisher Lodge!! We look forward to creating amazing memories with you all this 2020 season and we are so grateful and excited to be able to open and operate this summer. Cheers.
We are extremely excited to announce that our campgrounds are open for business starting this Friday, June 12. We cannot wait for everyone to come and enjoy the park again! We missed you all and we are so grateful to be able to open, it's time to relax, grab a drink, and do some fishing! Please give us a call to book for trailer and tent camping, cottages, houseboats, and boat rentals!! Thank you all for staying patient and supporting us through this time! We look forward to seeing everyone soon! Our phone number is #705-747-0851. We are still waiting to hear about certain rules we have to abide by in the park, specifically whether or not we can open our washrooms, fish cleaning station, and laundry room facilities. We will update everyone as soon as possible but as of now we are fully open for business starting Friday June 12!
We are happy to announce that we are opening our cottages starting this Monday, June 8th. Unfortunately, as of now we are still not allowed to open our campgrounds to over night camping, we are optimistic though that the province will soon allow us to do so. These times have been challenging but as the province slowly begins to reopen, we are grateful that we are given the opportunity to have you, our amazing guests come down and enjoy some fresh air here at Antlers Kingfi...Continue reading
Hey Everyone! Just a quick update on the use of some of the campgrounds facilities and equipment. All garbage must be sealed in large garbage bags, and any recycling must be sorted and placed in clear plastic bags behind the garage. There will be one garbage bin outside at all times with the lid open, once it is full I will take that bin away and replace it with another empty bin. The main garbage door must remain closed at all times. The Honey wagon (Sewage Pump) is... off limits, if you need to be pumped out please call up to the office to set up a time and we will pump the trailer out for you. The campground is currently under a BOIL WATER ADVISORY; you will find signs posted throughout the campgrounds so please do not drink the water until the signs are removed. If you are heading out on the water, please read the signs posted at each dock and follow the social distancing rules. We are still selling minnows and wood. If you need minnows please call up and let us know, we will swing by and pour them from our bucket into yours. If you need wood, we will bring you down a load and dump it near the front of your site. No worms yet, but we do anticipate our worm delivery man to swing by soon, the same rules will apply for the worms as minnows when they arrive. If you are planning to do some raking and clean up please make a pile beside the road and we will swing by and pick it up for you. On your way in please drop of your forms at the office door in the drop box. See you all this weekend and please travel safe, your friends at Antlers Kingfisher Lodge. Jarett & Jamie
We have just heard the great news! The provincial fire ban has been lifted starting tomorrow, May 16th. Things are opening up slowly but it feels good to have some normalcy back in our lives. We are really looking forward to seeing all of our seasonal guests on Thursday, May 21st and don't forget to bring the S'mores
Hello Seasonal Campers***BIG NEWS*** Great times are just around the corner. After Fords announcements today, we are now allowed to begin opening and operating our businesses for SEASONAL CAMPERS ONLY. That means if you have a seasonal site here, you are finally going to have the chance to get out, stretch your legs, have a few drinks, and test the open water of the Ottawa River. As great as the news is, with it comes many new rules and changes that most of you are not ...Continue reading
Hello all from Antlers Kingfisher Lodge. We hope you wintered well this year and were able to enjoy the warmer than usual temperatures we had. Even with the warm weather, we still had plenty of snow for snowmobiling and just enough ice to venture into all of our favourite lakes for some trout fishing. It was nice to finally see everything start to melt though; first came seeing the ground for the first time since October, and then came the melting snow flying off the roof...Continue reading

Well our fishing season has officially started! It was very late this year but it has finally come! Thank you to Barry Burbidge's group, you were such a great group of guys to have in as our first fishermen for the 2019 season! The water has being rising everyday and we are able to put boats in now! We had a hard Spring but now it's time for a great Summer! Thank you for all the support and we look forward to seeing you all this year! Cheers
Finally some good news! The boat banned has been lifted on the Ottawa River! We are excited to get this 2019 season finally up and running! The water is still low but the docks are in place and the fish have been waiting long enough, time to come out and catch some of them. Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding through these challenging times. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
