As COVID-19 continues to spread, Anubis 3D Industrial Solutions Inc. works tirelessly to help with the medical supply shortage. Our current projects were selected based on clinical demand, technical feasibility, and regulatory implications. We have fielded dozens of requests and analyzed a variety of potential applications including face shields and masks. Our goal is to use our expertise in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) Additive Manufacturing to determine the best project...s for printing. Anubis 3D is now supplying reusable face shields that are manufactured for optimal sterilization. The face shield consists of USP Class VI PA2200 (Nylon 12) plastic used in the printed structure. A PETG plastic laser-cut screen and soft silicone forehead-pad and head strap are designed for comfort during prolonged usage.
