Dear Members, On March 2nd, 2021, after a lengthy government-ordered closure, we finally re-opened our club to our members. We have been thrilled to see members of our community back, working on their fitness goals! Please note, reservations are no longer required to use our facility. As you may know, we suspended billing for all members immediately on December 13, 2020, when we were forced to close our doors. Now that our club is open, we will be resuming billing on March 13..., 2021. Your billing date will remain as is and your next monthly instalment is due on your next billing date, after March 13, 2021. For example, if your last billing date was December 12, 2020, your next billing date will be April 12, 2021. All members will see a small one-time charge of $9.50 to account for the first two weeks of March. Frozen and Paid-in-Full members will not see the one-time charge. Please note that we are following all protocols set by the provincial government and health officials conduct inspections regularly to ensure that our club is safe for our members. We do ask that our members follow a few simple rules to help keep our club as safe as possible: - Wear a mask at all times in the club, you may temporarily remove your mask only when you are at an exercise station. - Wipe down equipment after you are finished using it. Fit wipes are located throughout the club. - Maintain a safe distance from other members.
