Shout out to the Wells! this couple increased their distance over the month with a competition that resulted in amazing gains. Congratulations to our winner Ms. Ella Berserer who’s best pull was 807 metres in 3 mins. INCREDIBLE!

As you may have heard, the provincial government has given us the green light to re-open on February 16th 10am! We are elated to be able to see all of your friendly faces again next week (the top half anyway ). Just a few quick reminders for when you come back into the clubs next week: -Use hand sanitizer and/or wash your hands frequently. We have installed extra hand sanitizing stations throughout the club. - Masks are mandatory in all common areas, (lobbies, washrooms, w...hile entering and exiting the facility) and when moving between machines. Yes, we understand this is not ideal, however it is in the best interest of all members. If you can wear your mask while exercising, even better. - Mandatory cleaning. After you use a piece of equipment be sure to sanitize. We have more than enough wipe dispensers / bottles available. - give your fellow member some space. Luckily our clubs are designed with social distancing in mind and we have added measures to ensure optimal safety (plexiglass dividers, equipment has been spaced out, social distancing signage, additional sanitizer stations etc) Over this extensive closure we have certainly realized that being able to use a gym is a luxury. We ask all members to treat it as such, follow the protocols and we can continue to move forward with no future disruption. Who’s ready to get back?? See more
