Hello AF fam! I hope that by now you have heard of the program we are running with multiple other Anytime Fitness locations across the program! We were the recipients of the Safe at Home MB grant, therefore we have the resources to bring you 34 workouts a week (Jo, Jesse, and Crystal are all coaching, along with many other wonderful certified personal trainers), cooking classes with a Red Seal Chef, and Q&A with a Master Trainer.
