Motivation Monday! This might be a hard one, especially for those who are temporarily laid off. Remember that small victories, are still victories! While binge watching Netflix or Amazon Prime is easy, try adding one small goal a day! Move for 10 minutes, read a self-development book, meditate (or attempt to) fr 10 minutes, listen to a podcast! Whatever your small victory might be, you are doing great, and we are almost through this. Stay strong, stay active and stay (virtually) connected
Repeat after us, "I will never skip my warm-up!" It may seem like a waste of time, but trust us, warming up is crucial to your success on (and off!) the purple turf. If you make any resolutions this year, make warm-ups a priority before every workout you do!

We learned a lot about ourselves, our friends, our family, who we are, how we react in times of trouble, but most importantly, I think this pandemic has shown us the importance of mental health!
