Repeat after us, "I will never skip my warm-up!" It may seem like a waste of time, but trust us, warming up is crucial to your success on (and off!) the purple turf. If you make any resolutions this year, make warm-ups a priority before every workout you do!
YES! We are still open!! Dufferin may be in the "red" but we are still open for business! There are a few stipulations however: Maximum 10 people per hour in the gym. It is more important than ever to reserve your workout in advance online. If you cannot make your workout time, please be considerate and delete your participation. If you have a flexible schedule, please try to work out during non peak hours. The gym is still open 24 hours... just 10 people at a time!!... Workout times are limited to 1 hour. Your workout time begins ON THE HOUR! If you book yourself in for 4pm, your workout must be done by 5pm - even if you've arrived at 4:15pm. Showers are still available, but this must be included in your hour - please plan accordingly. This is a crazy and confusing time for us all, please don't hesitate to call the gym if you have any questions about availability and reservations. We REALLY appreciate your support and loyalty. Together we are strong AF and will get through this challenging time!
