Gurpreet: I work in police so physical fitness is part of the job for me. I have a gym at home which is great but working at home is one thing and coming to the gym is something different. I’m definitely way more active at the gym as there is a wide array of equipment and therefore you are not limited like you are at home. Plus at home you can lose a certain edge and when you see everybody else at the gym it’s like a competition as you want to be bigger, better and it’s encouraging.
